The 2nd Mid-Atlantic Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) Conference Will be held at the Cacapon Resort State Park Lodge in Berkley Springs, West Virginia.
The Conference is sponsored by VOADs in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and DC, which are part of FEMA Region 3.
